Hey Ladies!! I'm hoping this post finally works (sad to say but this is not my fist attempt!) Anyway, I hope you all had a blast...you all look so great & relaxed in those pictures. I miss you all terribly!!! Love you!

About the blog...

A place for our thoughts, ideas for our next destination, our words on how much we miss each other and the general non-sense that makes each one of us unique, interesting and fantastic.

The latest wertland girl escape (think "if we were more relaxed we'd be dead in OBX") made us think we needed a place for this stuff. So, voila!

About us...

Friends. Wahoos. We hailed from Connecticut, Virginia, New York, Rhode Island and North Carolina, we found each other in Charlottesville at the Univerisity of Virginia on average about 8 years ago and we've been working at keeping the connection despite our long distance locations ever since.

Jen - Our hippie in another lifey. Scotch Persian. Mother. Lawyer. Accountant. Resides: North Carolina with husband Albert and their son Dylan.

Ali- Our big city girl. Cuban. Broker account exec. Does the mos' ridiculous Harry Caray impression ever. Resides: NY, New York to Boston, MA.

Kelly - Our Kathleen Kelly (so Irish and I love it). The prepy one. Free spirited. Socialite. Could sweetly talk her way out of (or in to) just about anyting. Physical therapist. Beach bum. Resides: Boston, MA.

Julia - Our world traveller. Lover of all things foreign. Charlottesville native. Georgetown foreign service masters student. Resides: Africa at the moment - making this world a better place. D.C. permanently (well, nothings ever permanent with her).

Fiona - Our Irish/Italian princess. Enough said. Brutally honest. Phenomenal cook. Scrappy. Lawyer. Resides: Boston, MA (when she's not kicked back at Chapman Beach).

Mary - That would be me. I'm not writing anything flattering or not flattering (the advantage of being the scribe). I'm the Virgnia girl, born and raised. Resides: London.
